About our day care center
Our day-care centre, also called day nursery, nursery school, or crèche, provides supervision and care of infants and young children from the age 3 months to 6 years during the daytime, particularly so that their parents can hold jobs.
With our qualified and experienced educators and day care stuff we provide holistic aspects of area of development including-emotional, spiritual, physical and intellectual growth. Thereby establishing the child’s overall wellbeing.
What we provide at Roma Kideo
We use Setswana and English as medium of communication. This will facilitate their interest in private and English schools.
Our hours of operation are from 6am to 6pm. Parents picking up children past these set hours are subject to a late fine which is paid directly to the Educator on duty.
We operate from Mondays to Fridays, We stay open and fully operative during school holidays.
In order to have our kids/learners have a specialized and safe transport from their homes in the mornings and late afternoons, we have partnered with some trusted independent private transport operators
Children are delivered in a safe and secure environment, against crime and intruders, and cannot leave the site unsupervised. Kids are constantly taught and supervised about safety play in and out door areas which are regularly checked for dangerous items and objects.

The Toddler and Preschool Groups have a garden in their outdoor space. Each spring, the children and teachers contribute and create beautiful and educational container/raised bed gardens.
Children need to develop large motor and small motor skills and cardiovascular endurance. Extensive physical activity is also needed to address a growing problem of obesity in American children.
Kids will love designing and creating puppets and collages, constructing musical instruments and flower bouquets, and painting, gluing, and crafting to their hearts’ content!
Excursions form a vital part of a child’s early education. They expose a child to a range of different experiences and enable them to gain a sense of the world in which they find themselves.
Our children benefit from a variety of outdoor play spaces. In addition to our playground, they experience the natural wonders of the forest, the big field, our raised gardens and nature walks.
A preschool math curriculum should be taught using preschool lessons including interactive activities, learning games, printable worksheets, assessments, and reinforcement.
A systematic and integrated literacy program promote language development preschool children. The program uses systematic, direct instruction built around a series of weekly books in the classroom.
